EWRB Review of the Electricity Act 1992 – Released late 2021
Section 158 of the Electricity Act 1992 (the Act) requires the Electrical Workers Registration Board (the Board) to complete a review of the occupational regulation parts of the Act1 every five years and report its findings to the Minister for Building and Housing. As part of the review process, the Act requires the Board to consider whether any amendments to the Act are necessary or desirable.
