EWRB Safety Training Course

NOTE:  This course is NOT for brand new apprentices or trainees with no previous electrical experience.  Please consult your Off-Job Training Provider instead.

This is an EWRB approved course for Electrical Workers who have gained their qualifications in other countries and who now wish to gain a New Zealand Electrical Registration and Practising Licence.

YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT LIMITED CERTIFICATE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE.

Please do not register if you are still waiting for your Limited Certificate to be issued.

The course is eight hours in duration and covers the following EWRB requirements.

• Safe working practices
• Testing
• First Aid & CPR

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All Electrical Workers who have already had their overseas qualifications and experience assessed by the EWRB, have applied for AND been issued a CURRENT Limited Certificate, and who have been directed by the EWRB to complete a Safety Training Course as part of the Limited Certificate requirements.

We cannot accept your registration to attend this course until you have completed the above steps.
